I have had four occasions to stop in the Bell retail store in the Smittys mall. Each time I have been served by bright young enthusiastic employees. They know their product and know how to make the selection less confusing. On one occasion I had a whispered bit of advice of how to get an upgrade before I was eligible.
As I watched and listed to their customers am of the opinion they need to make one change. They need a technically competent person over the age of 60 who can relate to the seniors who are embracing (and sometimes struggling with) technology. I almost suggested that to their manager. I could do that job!
