Why is this news?
Why is this news? Once of my annoyances on PEI when last there was a Borden cop car sitting on the left side of the road flashing his lights at drivers coming off the bridge who were driving too fast. Not bad in itself but he was doing 100 feet before the 90 km zone started to people driving 67 km rather than the 60. Borden cops have too much time on their hands.
