Cascade is Australia’s oldest brewery. Established in 1824 Cascade combines traditional brewing skills with pure water and superior barley, malts and hops. A longer than usual maturation ensures a smooth crisp finish. The result is a clean full flavoured beer. The taste is exceptional.

looks like you are taking advantage of some of the local liquids, not a big surprise there. how does it compare to PEI’s assortment of beer?
