“Coopers Brewery, original Pale Ale”.  Coopers is a family owned brewer which was established in 1862.  No additives nor preservatives, and 4.5% Alc. The beer is described as famous for the process that leaves a residue of yeast during maturation and gives a cloudy appearance and enhanced flavour.  It is a light beer, by Canadian standards, but has an unexpected full flavour.  The described cloudiness is apparent, but has no ill effect.

It is one of those beers that seems to fit a backyard picnic.
